VISUAL PRODUCTION
Generative AI was integrated into the concept stage to accelerate visual prototyping and early exploration, giving teams and stakeholders a clearer foundation to align on direction and move approvals forward. Outputs were retouched and polished for presentation and pitch purposes before being shared.
AUDIENCE MODELING
AI-generated personas and virtual marketing research groups were built during the ideation stage to give creative strategy an early point of reference before execution. Combined with analytics data, both were used to focus targeting and inform creative and design direction without either serving as the sole basis for decisions. A human research group validated the direction before anything moved forward.
WORKFLOW DESIGN
A structured approach was established for how AI enters the creative and strategic process, covering when tools get introduced, how prompts are built to maintain brand narrative, and where human judgment takes over before anything moves to execution. The goal was consistency, control, and keeping every output aligned with the brand throughout.
